Golden Colada
A Golden Colada starts with dark rum, white rum, Galliano® herbal liqueur, orange juice, pineapple juice, coconut cream and cream.
1 1/2 ounce dark rum
3/4 ounce white rum
1/4 ounce Galliano® herbal liqueur
1 1/2 ounce orange juice
3/4 ounce pineapple juice
3/4 ounce coconut cream
1/4 ounce cream
3/4 ounce white rum
1/4 ounce Galliano® herbal liqueur
1 1/2 ounce orange juice
3/4 ounce pineapple juice
3/4 ounce coconut cream
1/4 ounce cream
Shake over crushed ice in a shaker, and strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple chunk and a stemmed cherry, and serve.
