Coconut Climber
A Coconut Climber starts with spiced rum, mango liqueur, coconut cream, half-and-half, orange juice and grenadine syrup.
3/4 ounce spiced rum
Half ounce mango liqueur
2 ounce coconut cream
2 ounce half-and-half
1 ounce orange juice
1 tablespoon grenadine syrup
Half ounce mango liqueur
2 ounce coconut cream
2 ounce half-and-half
1 ounce orange juice
1 tablespoon grenadine syrup
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with crushed ice. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Garnish with toasted coconut, and serve.
