Citrus Tequila Fizz
A Citrus Tequila Fizz starts with Milagro® blanco tequila, lemon juice, lime juice, sugar, mint and club soda.
3 ounce Milagro® blanco tequila
3/4 – 1 ounce lemon juice
1/4 – 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons sugar
3 fresh mint leaves
top with club soda to taste

1/4 – 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice

top with club soda to taste
1. Juice a lemon and a lime half; cut into wedges and add into a cocktail shaker along with the mint leaves and sugar (use superfine sugar or simple syrup if available). Muddle ingredients to release oils from the mint leaves.
2. Add the tequila, lemon and lime juices and club soda; stir and serve over ice in a highball glass.
