Chilcano de Pisco
A Chilcano de Pisco starts with Peruvian Pisco brandy, lemon juice and ginger ale.
2 ounce Peruvian Pisco brandy
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 – 6 ounce ginger ale
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 – 6 ounce ginger ale
Pour the Peruvian Pisco into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Add a spoonful of lemon juice, then fill with ginger ale. Serve.
