The Juice

The Juice starts with Everclear® alcohol, lemonade and water.
1 bottle Everclear® alcohol
1 can lemonade
4 gal water
Pour into a five gallon pitcher, the canister of lemonade, water, everclear and mix. Serve on ice.

Holiday Egg Nogg

A Holiday Egg Nogg starts with rum, bourbon whiskey, eggs, sugar, salt, whipping cream and milk.
6 ounce rum
6 ounce bourbon whiskey
6 beaten eggs
6 ounce sugar
Half teaspoons salt
15 ounce whipping cream
15 ounce milk
Mix ingredients in a punch bowl until sugar dissolves. Chill for five hours, mix, and sprinkle with grated nutmeg. Serve.

Apricot Punch

The Apricot Punch starts with apricot brandy, Champagne, vodka, 7UP® soda and orange juice.
1 qt apricot brandy
4 fifths Champagne
1 fifth vodka
4 liters 7UP® soda
Half gal orange juice
Pour all ingrediants into a large punch bowl. Add ice and 4 oranges that are peeled and divided.

If you wish for a little different taste substitute orange juice with apple juice and oranges with apples.

A Jersey Devil starts with cranberry juice, apple cider, Applejack® brandy and apple.
1 gal cranberry juice
2 qt apple cider
1 qt Applejack® brandy
1 sliced apple
Put cranberry juice in a punch bowl. Add apple cider/juice and apple juice brandy to taste. Slice apple in 3/16th.

Spiced Cherry Jello

A Spiced Cherry Jello starts with Captain Morgan® Original spiced rum, water and cherry jello.
1 cup Captain Morgan® Original spiced rum
1 cup hot water
1 package cherry jello
Boil one cup of water. Add the package of cherry jello. Stir for 2 minutes. Then pour in the cup of spiced rum. Stir until mixed. Pour into a pan and refrigerate.

Hop Skip and Go Naked no.2

A Hop Skip and Go Naked #2 starts with ice, limeade, lemonade, Sprite® soda, vodka and beer.
1 bag ice
1 can limeade
1 can lemonade
2 liters Sprite® soda
Half gal vodka
1 case beer
Empty a bag of ice into a large cooler. Add the cans of limeade and lemonade, then the 2 liter bottle of sprite. Add 1/2 gallon of vodka and 20-24 cans of beer.

Apple Cider Punch no.2

The Apple Cider Punch #2 starts with apples, strawberries, mint, apple juice, apple cider and lemonade.
3 red apples
250 g hulled strawberries
4 chopped mint sprigs
850 ml apple juice
1500 ml apple cider
570 ml lemonade
Make sure ingreadients are well chilled. Cut unpeeled apples 1cm cubes. Combine fruit and mint with apple juice in large punch bowl. Mix well, cover and refrigerate until serving. Before serving add chilled apple cider and lemonade.

A Sex on the Beach – Jersey Style starts with peach schnapps, Midori® melon liqueur, rum, raspberry liqueur, pineapple juice, cranberry juice and ice.
1 cup peach schnapps
1 cup Midori® melon liqueur
1 cup rum
1 cup raspberry liqueur
1 1/2 qt pineapple juice
1 1/2 qt cranberry juice
1 bag ice
Makes 1 gallon of punch — mix all 4 liqueurs in 1 parts and fill rest with pineapple and cranberry juice.

Red Wine Punch

A Red Wine Punch starts with red wine, soda water, powdered sugar and oranges.
2 parts red wine
1 part soda water
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
oranges
Mix large parts of icing sugar with red wine in a punch bowl, and stir well. Add the soda, plenty of ice, and drop in a few orange (or lemon) slices. Serve immediately.

Sauterne

A Sauterne starts with Champagne, Chablis® white wine, cognac and Curacao orange liqueur.
2 bottles chilled Champagne
1 bottle Chablis® white wine
3 ounce cognac
1 1/2 ounce Curacao orange liqueur
Mix the cognac and curacao several hours ahead of time. When ready to serve, pour the necessary amount of this mixture over a block of ice or ice mold in a cold punch bowl, and add thoroughly chilled champagne. Stir and serve at once.

*Do not let the mixture ladle back and forth over the ice, as this will eliminate the bubbles.

Green Tree Frog

A Green Tree Frog starts with vodka, Sprite® soda, lemonade and lime.
1 part vodka
2 parts Sprite® soda
3 parts lemonade
1 slice fresh lime
Mix together first three ingredients and then slice fresh limes and place in drink. Allow to sit for at least one hour. This drink is to be made in a large quantity, so the limes may “take effect.”

Raspberry Punch

A Raspberry Punch starts with grapefruit juice, raspberry juice, raspberry sherbet and ginger ale.
46 ounce pink grapefruit juice
12 ounce raspberry juice
1 qt raspberry sherbet
2 liters ginger ale
Pour pink grapefruit juice and ginger ale into a punch bowl. Add raspberry juice or 12 ounce frozen raspberries (stir to un-thaw). Add sherbet and stir until melted.

Wedding Bell Punch

A Wedding Bell Punch starts with dry red wine, bourbon whiskey, anejo rum, sweet vermouth, creme de cacao, Champagne, club soda, ginger ale, lemon juice, superfine sugar, strawberries and oranges.
2 liters dry red wine
16 ounce bourbon whiskey
12 ounce anejo rum
8 ounce sweet vermouth
4 ounce creme de cacao
187 ml chilled Champagne
16 ounce club soda
16 ounce ginger ale
2 cups lemon juice
1 cup superfine sugar
2 pints hulled, quartered strawberries
2 sliced oranges
Stir the lemon juice and sugar together in a large punch bowl until the sugar is dissolved. Add the bourbon, rum, creme de cacao, champagne, red wine, vermouth, club soda and ginger ale. Stir well. Add one large block of ice. Garnish with orange slices and strawberries. Makes 32 (6-ounce) punch cups.

Texas Bar Punch

A Texas Bar Punch starts with ruby port, ginger ale, lemon-lime soda, lemon and orange.
1.5 liters (2 bottles) ruby port
1 liter ginger ale
1 liter lemon-lime soda
1 sliced lemon
1 sliced orange
Pour the port, ginger ale and soda into a large punch bowl, and stir well. Add one large block of ice. Add lemon and orange slices, and serve. Makes 20 (6-ounce) punch cups.

Tartan Champagne Punch

A Tartan Champagne Punch starts with Champagne, brandy, Drambuie® Scotch whisky, maraschino liqueur, club soda, superfine sugar and oranges.
2.25 liters (3 bottles) chilled Champagne
4 ounce brandy
4 ounce Drambuie® Scotch whisky
4 ounce maraschino liqueur
16 ounce club soda
Half cup superfine sugar
3 peeled and sliced oranges
Stir the Drambuie and sugar together in a large punch bowl until the sugar is dissolved. Add the brandy, maraschino liqueur, Champagne and club soda. Stir well. Add one large block of ice, and garnish with peeled orange slices.
