Canadian Cocoa
A Canadian Cocoa starts with Canadian whisky, dark rum, dark creme de cacao, milk and maple syrup.
3/4 ounce Canadian whisky
3/4 ounce dark rum
Half ounce dark creme de cacao
5 ounce milk
2/3 ounce maple syrup
3/4 ounce dark rum
Half ounce dark creme de cacao
5 ounce milk
2/3 ounce maple syrup
Heat milk in a small saucepan. When simmering, add remaining ingredients. Allow syrup to dissolve, and pour into a heat-proof glass.
