Cafe San Juan
A Cafe San Juan starts with gold rum, coffee, lemon and sugar.
1 1/2 ounce gold rum
1 cup cold coffee
1 twist lemon peel
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup cold coffee
1 twist lemon peel
1 teaspoon sugar
Pour rum over ice cubes in a small highball glass. Fill with coffee, and stir. Add a twist of lemon, sugar, and serve.
