Absinthe Martini
The Absinthe Martini starts with gin, dry vermouth and absinthe herbal liqueur.
2 ounce gin
Half ounce dry vermouth
1/8 teaspoons absinthe herbal liqueur
Half ounce dry vermouth
1/8 teaspoons absinthe herbal liqueur
Stir well with ice. Strain into a prechilled cocktail glass. Very pleasant with an onion stuffed olive. Some bartenders pour a soucon of Absinthe into the glass, swirl it around and then add the martini.
