Absinthe Liqueur
The Absinthe Liqueur starts with vodka, wormwood, anise, fennel, cardamom, coriander and angelica root.
1 pint vodka
2 teaspoons crumbled wormwood
2 teaspoons crumbled anise seeds
Half teaspoons fennel seeds
4 cardamom pods
Half teaspoons ground coriander
2 teaspoons chopped angelica root
2 teaspoons crumbled wormwood

Half teaspoons ground coriander
2 teaspoons chopped angelica root
Steep wormwood in vodka for 48 hours. Remove, add the rest and steep for one week. Age.
